Our Team is Your Team

We use our proprietary Stafftrack system to track time for all contingent workers. We handle all payments to the vendors and will provide you with a single consolidated invoice.

Our onsite service team will conduct new hire orientations for all contingent workers assigned to your facility. The orientation includes critical items such as safety, HR policies and SOPs. Required training documents are completed and stored for all contingent workers and tracked in Stafftrack to ensure compliance and consistency regardless of which agency employs them.

All contingent workers are loaded into Stafftrack, which tracks recruiting, training, attendance, availability, schedules, warnings, and skills for each worker. Rosters are provided for each shift, with all contingent workers consolidated regardless of agency.

Reporting for all associates will be consolidated to track items, such as fill rates, turnover rates and reasons, hours, pay and bill rates, training and skills. These will be provided on a regular basis or available for you to access at your convenience through our MyStafftrack portal. We will work with you to determine your exact reporting needs.

We will conduct regular business reviews with each supplier to assess their performance in relation to other suppliers and the needs of your business. We will also conduct supplier forums to align best practices with all suppliers.
