Tiffany Brackett-Reeves flawlessly juggles her military service and her work as an account director with Staff Management | SMX in Tennessee. An active Staff Sergeant with the 168th Military Police Battalion, she recently returned from a deployment with the Tennessee Army National Guard. Her military service and her work have gone hand-in-hand since she started as an associate 2005. She became a member of the Service Team in 2013.
Staff Management has been there for me upon my entry into the Armed Forces and has supported me each time I have had to leave for any training, deployments or additional duties,” Tiffany said. “I have heard horror stories from my comrades of their companies not really honoring their military obligation and/or receiving backlash from it, so I’m grateful for their support.”
In work and in service, Tiffany says she applies the Army Values as her foundation.
“The Army values (loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage) spell out LEADERSHIP and are what everyone in a leadership position should possess,” she says. “It gives me hope knowing that we can make a greater impact on our employees and clients.”
