IMAGE Program- As the penalties and fines for companies who employ an illegal workforce increase, we have taken a proactive stance on protecting our clients and ourselves. Staff Management is one of nine charter members of IMAGE and is the only staffing firm member at this time.

Time & Attendance - Success/ROI Metrics
Audit Value Capture
Some companies' timekeeping systems are manual and with unreliable time clocks. Our time and attendance solution, UniTime, provides you with a compelling cost capture opportunity while leveraging service team efficiencies. According to the American Payroll Association, it takes approximately 7 minutes per timesheet to calculate payroll each week; UniTime reduces that to approximately one minute.

Data Entry Value Capture
Generally, it takes an average of three minutes to enter data from a single timesheet into a payroll system. UniTime eliminates data entry because it is integrated with our payrolling system, enabling our on-site Service Teams to spend additional time on other tasks, such as interacting with associates.

Error Value Capture
Studies by the American Payroll Association indicate that inaccuracies in calculation of time typically range from 1% and 8%. To ensure an accurate payroll process, employee rosters generated by Stafftrack.net and are used daily at check-in to take attendance.

Lost Time Value Capture
"Lost time" savings consists of wages recaptured by the Unitime system's rounding and restriction capabilities. The calculations below are based on a conservative estimate that 12 minutes each day or 60 minutes per week are "lost" due to the nature of a manual and time clock process.
